ApoEx AB was founded in 2010 with the aim of making it easier for private healthcare providers to run their operations smoothly. The company delivers medicines, consumables and healthcare-related services, and as of 1 July 2025 is part of Tamro under the name ApoEx PV AB.

As an innovative player in pharmaceutical distribution, ApoEx has become an important partner for clinics in dentistry, veterinary care, aesthetic medicine and private healthcare. Their customer-developed solutions contribute to efficient procurement and deliveries directly to clinics - often the same day. ApoEx is certified to ISO 9001 and 14001 for quality and environmental management.

The company was established in 2002 and had around 589 employees and revenue of approximately SEK 1.42 billion in 2024. The CEO is Peter Olof Elmquist and the company operates from its headquarters at Hammarby Fabriksväg in Stockholm.
