BoardClic was founded in 2018 in Stockholm by experienced board advisors together with skilled tech developers, and has since built a user-friendly platform for digital evaluations of boards, CEOs and management teams. The goal is to help companies make better governance decisions by making corporate governance insight-driven and easy to use.

With offices in Stockholm and London, they now reach markets in around 50 countries. The platform provides benchmarks from over 600 boards and 7,000 board members worldwide, making it easier to assess both effectiveness and composition using more than 4,000 structured questions and over 50 smart formats.

If you’re considering working there: in the most recent fiscal year (2024) BoardClic reported revenue of about SEK 25 million but, like many growth-focused tech companies, showed a negative profit - a common scenario when investing in scalable technology and international expansion.
