Insurello is a Swedish insurance intermediary that simplifies claiming compensation after an injury or loss. Instead of dealing with insurers, paperwork, and communications yourself, Insurello’s specialists handle the entire process and charge a fee (typically around 30%) only if you receive a payout. If no compensation is recovered, the service is free. Insurello manages contact, documentation, and regulatory follow-up so you can focus on other things.
The business idea came from a personal insight: the founder’s mother worked extensively in claims handling and knew how to secure rightful payments - sometimes from overlooked coverages. Motivated by that experience, the founder set out to make the claims process more accessible and reliable for everyone.
Insurello has grown quickly. Since launch they’ve helped over 45,000 Swedes recover roughly SEK 1 billion in insurance payments. In 2024 the company reported revenue of about SEK 59 million and a modest operating profit of approximately SEK 1.25 million (around a 2.6% margin). Headquarters are in Stockholm and the CEO is Julie Moore Lundell.
