About OHB Sweden

OHB Sweden AB (formerly the space systems unit of Swedish Space Corporation) is a Stockholm-based space company with deep roots in Swedish space history. They manufacture and operate small satellites, develop propulsion systems, AOCS (attitude and orbit control systems) and mission control software (e.g., RAMSES)-capable of taking a mission from design through to operations. Founded in 2011 when they took over SSC’s operations, the company has delivered missions such as SMART-1 (the European lunar probe), PRISMA and Arctic Weather Satellite, and today act as prime contractor on several ESA projects.

As a workplace, OHB Sweden offers a true space mission experience - working on advanced solutions in sensors, control systems and mission control in state-of-the-art facilities in Kista with cleanrooms (ISO class 8, upgradeable to 5). While a relatively small organization (~120 employees), they are part of the larger OHB Group with over 3,000 colleagues across Europe, offering both tight team dynamics and international reach. The company values passion, flexibility and innovation - and their teams are often known to shoulder heavy workloads with joy and commitment.
